❌ Exceptions – What Can’t Be Returned

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that are missing original parts, accessories, or packaging

  • Products purchased on sale, discount, or clearance offers

📩 How to Return a Product

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Provide your Order Number and reason for return.

  3. We will send you a return shipping label.

  4. Carefully pack the product with all original items.

  5. Send it back using the label provided.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

💰 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If you paid via credit/debit card, the refund will reflect on your account.

  • For bank transfers or local payment methods in Pakistan, we will transfer the amount back to your provided account details.
